My beautiful husband fought the evil disease cancer for over 2 years, we had been together for 52 years , I cared for him at home and my poor darling went from 14 stone to 5.5 stone , horrendous, I am still living in that nightmare, I lost him 5 months ago:broken_heart: I miss him so much , it would have been better if I could have gone with him, but I have 2 children and 3 wonderful grandchildren who need their mom and nanny. So I have to live in a world without my heart
the pain is overwhelming.

I lost my Husband to Pancreatic cancer, felt unwell and 11 weeks later he died.He too dropped weight dramatically. We were to celebrate my 60th Birthday and our 30th wedding anniversary but sadly neither happened.
Its been 7 months and I feel lonely all over again this week but keep posting on here, youre amongst people who understand.
Jane64 i too lost my beloved husband on 23rd November 2024 to penile cancer, he had just turned 50 in June, we celebrated our 22 wedding anniversary on 19th October, 22nd October we found out he had cancer,he went to see his dr on 28th give him an update from leeds hospital, he was having trouble breathing by now and was sent to me our hospital for a scan (he never came home after that).
13th November we found out there was nothing they could do, it spread to his lungs. 19th November he moved to a hospice and 4 days later he passed away. I only had 4 weeks with him.
Now my life is empty and I miss him everyday.
Im so sorry for your loss
