Hi new to this group wish i did not have to join like everyone else .lost my beautiful husband 4 months ago he went out running and never came back i am devastated my heart is broken 
dont know were to turn

Hi @Sue35, I am truly sorry for your loss. I also lost my husband very suddenly 7 months ago and it is totally devastating. I wish I could say something to help, but I don’t think there are any words to explain the heartbreak and loss we are having to live with. I hope you find some comfort in knowing others understand. We just have to take an hour at a time and not look any further ahead. Sending you love xx
My husband was killed in an accident 3 months ago. He was 57
It is heartbreaking , I didn’t know it possible to feel so sad.
This is a place to vent and where we all understand
