I lost my mum just over a year ago after her long battle with cancer I lost my house as lived with her for my entire life. I also supported the nurses who cared for my mum I relocated to a town that I don’t know very well and now feel so lost and finding daily tasks a chore. I am also finding it very difficult to eat and want to cook anything as never feel hunger I was wondering if this was normal and I am not alone

No, you not on your own. Life’s never the same without your mum and adapting to this may never happen. It’s depends on the support and the people around you. Sorry for your loss, I lost my mum last August.
