Losing my Sister aged 45 to SADS

My sister fell asleep on 21st March 2023 and didn’t wake up, the initial postmortem was unascertained as was the second, with them stating that her passing was likely to have been caused by Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS) it just makes no sense to me. We were only 18 Months apart in age and in November last year I turn 46, older than she ever got to be. My sister left behind 5 boys the youngest twins, who were only 6 years old when she passed. I had counselling for 10 months after she passed and in July last year I felt that I was beginning to come to terms with her passing when our Mum passed from a massive brain haemorrhage.
Now I feel like I don’t even know who I am anymore and wake everyday thinking, how can this be my life. I am looking to see if anyone has any advice to try and move forward as I cannot go on living in misery any longer :broken_heart:

Hi @Vallou,

I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I just wanted to say thank you for so bravely sharing this with us. Keep reaching out,

Seaneen

That’s so sad. Carrying on is a struggle, but there are people around you who need you to stay. :yellow_heart: One small step at a time.
