I am struggling with the vacuum left by my sisters passing . She had a brain tumour so the journey was two years of helping her and her husband to care for her . She was my soul mate i lived fir the times we spent together. I am finding i cannot deal with stress and have kind of distanced myself from most people . I collaped after her funeral and have been monitored for slightly raised blood pressure. I feel i have broken heart syndrome.

You have been through an awful time. I’m not surprised that you are struggling . Grief is quite overwhelming sometimes. I too ended up in A&e with chest pains nearing the first year anniversary of my sisters passing.
The pain will lessen over time but I miss and think of my sister everyday. But we have the happy memories to hold on to. Sounds as though you were really there for her when she needed you.
