I lost my dad 18 years ago and thought bereavement would get easier but it hasn’t then I found out that my mum died 6 years and wasn’t informed of. My sister didn’t even let me know when the funeral was so I could at least say my goodbyes. I feel so alone apart from my 2 handsome sons I have no one. I have my ups and downs, just so angry I wasn’t able to say goodbye

I am so sorry for the loss of your parents. It sounds like things were difficult which were outside of your control.
