I lost my darling son Stephen last June 
he was only 24 I’m heartbroken 
lost … it’s coming upto a year … I’m so lost … miss him so much … everyday is the same I have no family or friends local… it’s just me and my other son Andrew… we don’t see anyone… life is so lonely I don’t know what to do … any advice plz …

I’m so sorry to hear about your son. Anniversaries can feel extra raw, so do be gentle with yourself.

Hi nicola sorry for your loss. I lost my son james last march on my birthday. It can be so lonely anyway grief. I have family but there not very supportive. Its really me and my young adult twins at home they have specoal needs too. Here if you want to chat. Xx
