Hi so i lost my mum on 30th march this year (2024) and honestly i have good and bad days i miss her so much at the moment i juat want my mum back she was my rock any tios appreciated x

I lost my Mum on the 31st March this year, so we are similar in timeline…
I don’t have any tips as such, just be gentle with yourself… grief will show up when you least expect it to as I’m sure you’ve already experienced.
On the whole I’m better than I was, I also have some bad days. Sometimes I just don’t speak much at all or I want to stay in bed and not face the world.
It feels like my Mum is still here somewhere to me… it’s such a strange feeling.
