Hi, I currently lost my dad unexpectedly in the space of a week. I moved in the with him to care for him up until the end. This is something I’m struggling to get over and don’t believe Iv fully grieved as I went straight back to work to keep myself busy. But each day seems to be getting harder and harder and it’s ruining my relationship and family. I’m pushing everyone away and don’t know how to get through it
