My son sudeenly passed 30th December 2021.
It was a very traumatic experience as i found him. Would appreciate any advice as i am finding it hard to cope and have been diagnosed with ptsd

We have many members who have sadly lost a child - hopefully someone will be along soon to offer their support. In the meantime, I wanted to share these resources with you that you might find helpful.
- The Compassionate Friends support families who have lost a child of any age. You can call them on 0345 123 2304. They offer in-person support which you might want to explore.
Sue Ryder also has some resources which can help you cope with grief.

- Our Grief Coach text service, which sends you personalised text support via SMS
- Our free Online Bereavement Counselling which is held via video chat
- Our Bereavement Information pages which can walk you through what you are going through.
