I am struggling to get life to make sense. I lost my wife in tragic circumstances in October and my Dad in November. They were all the family I had. I miss them both so much, and I don’t know how to move on.

lanb1 - So sorry to hear about the loss of your dear wife and dad. Going through similar with the loss of my husband and cannot seem to even think how I can move forward as it is only a week today. We can only do it day by day and hour by . Sending you lots of hugs at this very sorrowful time. This forum has helped me to realise that we all seem to be feeling the same with our losses. I take strength from that.

You have taken a positive step by sharing your loss on this forum. It is early days so be kind to yourself and eventually you will find a way through that is right for you.
