My mum passed away on 7th August and I am struggling to cope with the loss. I don’t have any siblings but my dad is coping well, however it has hit me really hard. I was very close to my mum. This is so heartbreaking

I lost my mum on the 8th of August. I’m struggling to stop the memories and images. I was her carer and no longer feel useful. The pain is horrible but I know I need to keep strong, and the same for you.
