My beautiful son was killed in a road traffic accident on 15 September I am struggling to believe it has happened. I find most people do not understand the complete devastation I feel and it is not easy to express it to anyone. I just get through every day feeling numb and alone. My son is called Alex and he was 30 I miss him so much

@Sarahj64 how totally tragic and of course, completely heartbreaking for you. I’m sorry for the absolute pain of this awful grief for you. This is a very supportive community where everyone can relate to the loss of a loved one. There’s such a huge mix of emotions with grief and it can be very isolating. I hope you are able to literally take each day as it comes and find simple ways to get through. Sending you best wishes of condolence. Xx
