Your loss is my loss. I lost James this year. Its heartbreaking. Please dont feel alone. Reach out. Im here x
I know your pain so well as I lost my son suddenly in March. His birthday and times like today seem like torture without him. I have learned to cope with everyday chores with no energy or enthusiasm but break into tears anytime. Lots of people give the advice to take one day at a time, that seems all we can do. My heart goes out to you, please look after yourself and remember the love you and your son shared.
