I very recently lost my wife of 57 years to Cancer. She was my wife , my best friend and my soul mate I feel completely at a loss without her. I am trying to carry on as normal but I just do not seem to enjoy anything , it all seems very pointless.

Looks like we are going through similar things. I lost my wife of 57 years to Cancer 6 weeks ago. I keep plodding on but don’t actually enjoy anything.
