First I lose my mum at 11 to cancer now at 38 my dad aswell it’s hard to cope not sure how

Welcome to the Sue Ryder Online Community. I am so sorry to hear that you lost your mum at such a young age and have lost your dad now too. This must be extremely difficult for you and I can’t begin to imagine what you’re going through.
Have you got a close friend or family member that you can talk to about how you’re feeling? Having that opportunity to share how you’re feeling can often make a difference. If there is not someone you feel comfortable talking to, there are others in this community who are going through something similar and will be able to support you through this - keep talking to us as long as it helps.
