I have lost both of my parents and I am the only child. I lost my mum nearly 7 years ago and my dad 10 years ago I miss them and feel son alone without them. I am new here I would like to chat to people with similar levels of grief and share my story.

Sorry for your loss
I lost my mum 8 years ago and my partners mum few months later. Life just isn’t the same but from all this loss and grief I’ve found a way to move forward. I no longer let my grief control me. I still have my bad days but not as many it used to be.
Grief likes to hurt a person and consume.
One of the most important things is to take care of yourself eat well get plenty of sleep and seek support from those who are in your life
