I’m now 18 months on from my son’s death. As the days turn into months and now years it just seems to get harder and harder. There is no let up from this pain.

I was watching the news and the parents of the murdered teenagers were on, the Mum said the only peace you get from this pain is when you are asleep. How true that is, sometimes I wish I could just turn my mind off. Since losing my son I don’t think I’ve had a full nights sleep
