It’s been three and a half years since I lost my child and I’m still struggling so bad now more than ever. Things got better for a while but now I feel I’m back to that day and I don’t know why. Anyone 3lse feel like this or am I just broke for ever?

I think anyone losing a child is broken forever
I can’t imagine the pain of losing a child. I think it is the hardest loss any parent can have. Be kind to yourself, hopefully if you feel the need speak to your GP for help. There is no time limit on grief and missing your son, I don’t think we ever get over the death of a loved one, we learn how to live without them but that space is always there and sometimes we just go back there again x
