I have lost my beautiful dear Twin Flame 2 weeks ago suddenly. Im visiting Chapel of rest tomorrow.
I have never felt intense pain like it . I feel spiritually connected to his soul,as we are the same soul. I love him so so deeply. First time on here . I need to connect.
I am so sorry you are now on this crap path. You are very early in your grief. So please look after yourself. I know it’s hard but try to do the basic eat, drink water (if you are crying a lot you will be dehydrated) and sleep. Trust me we know it’s hard. If you need to rant or ramble please do. I am afraid we will understand. I’m 9 months on this path, I’ll be honest I still cry everyday, not as much. If you have support please use it. I hope tomorrow’s vist goes ok for you. Take care.

I appreciate your suggestions. So very much… Yes its so very raw. Yet im 100% allowing the griefing process to happen naturally with no resistance.. Totally out of my control the happenings within the external 3d reality. As we both Twin flames as one soul it realy does cut to the core as a sword. Im staying as present as i am able. As it was sudden,as he was on his own at his home. I got told next day via his mum. I instantly was in shock.. so today im visiting his body form at the beautiful chapel of rest.
To say goodbye to body. I have written a letter to read and a poem ,as he loves my natural flow of poems. Im adding a crystal and bracelet and his half of yin yang necklace . Asking director to place upon his neck.
