Thank you all. I was told today that 6 months has gone quickly. I said sadly every single day has felt like an eternity.

I will give another update, now Xmas has passed along with wedding anniversary’s and my wifes birthday time flys when you are having fun! Not.
Life is still a pain without the love of my life nearly 8 months now but feels like 8 years to eternity.
As previously stated I have no interests in anyone else and never will, so life goes on so they say.
I am better than I was, there are some days I don’t even cry not many but some. Then ohh god when it does out of the blue the tears and the pain return full flow, worse than previously.
So there is hope if you plod on of some return, but not to normality never will it can’t.
So sad.
Hope others are succeeding in this never ending struggle.
