On the 17th november i lost my grandad to intercerbal hemorrhage he was 74 years old and no idea what caused it. I knew he was going to pass away one day but not right now i feel like he had so many more years im in shock i dont think the grief has hit me yet.

Hello Paris, so sad to hear the loss your grandad and as you say he should have had many more years. Non of us know when the time to go will be and that’s why it’s important to cherish the memories. Grief affects people in many different ways and you may not recognise it as such, so please don’t worry. Everyone on here has experience grief but no one will experience the same thing because we are all unique. Look after yourself and stay safe. S xx
