So sorry for your sad loss, loosing a child is heartbreaking. I don’t think there’s a particular way we’re meant to be, when they pass it’s a big shock, everyone’s grief journey is personal to them, all we can do is take it a day at a time, & work through our emotions as they arise. Sending hugs of support.
