Hello @Kelkel35,

I’m Seaneen, the Online Community Manager. I just wanted to reply to your post and thank you for sharing your story with us. That is such a lot to cope with - it’s understandable you’re feeling so unmotivated right now.

You are not alone. If you have a read through this link, you can see how some of our other members have coped with multiple losses.

I’m sure someone will be along to share their thoughts, too. Take good care and keep reaching out :blue_heart:

You are coping very well, dont forget to take a rest for yourself. read or listen some books helps, such as philosophy( the wisdom of life). Some self help books ( courage to be disliked), make journals, do something you feel relaxing etc.

i had to deal with the mess my dad left behind to ensure my mum can have a comfortable retirement, only finished it a few months ago, now my only sibling passed away , left a big mess behind! also i have no idea how and who can look after my mum! As we are living in different countries!

Its good to have support from family friends, but sometimes we don’t, find them from great books, tell chatgpt how you feel, see what it says (be mindful of personal information) .take professionals advice but don’t fully rely on them, good luck!
