Thank you for the support and i can’t believe how many people are suffering the same pain as me and unfortunately my son won’t talk to people he don’t know and he hasn’t been at college. He has been struggling with health anxiety and he thinks something bad will happy to him and he lost his first dad at 8 and 12 years later his 2nd and my dad died 4th April and my best friend died from covid 2 and half years ago and I’ve lost many more people

You have had such a lot of loss and it’s also no wonder that your son would feel that this world he lives in is so difficult when he is also experiencing the same.
I would suggest seeking out professional support for you both so you can try to navigate and process all that you have been through.
Yes everyone is in pain here - all at different stages of grief but with similar experiences.
You are not alone - keep posting here for support, love and encouragement.
Just one day at a time is often a good way to try and move forward and keep going.

Thank you so much and it’s horrible being without my husband and he was my soulmate and my son has lost 2 dad’s now and he is struggling. But we are looking for support but unfortunately his autism and anxiety he won’t talk to people he dont know. Xx
Judy have you tried the National Autistic Society to see if they can offer some advice or counselling. My grandson is autistic too and it affected him a lot losing his grandad.
