Thinking of you Fing Dong.Krrp posting as this site will help and support you so much. Set yourself small targets for each day and look after yourself as much as you can. It’s tragic what has happened to you and the shock and emotions you are feeling right now are so raw and so painful .My heart goes out to you It really does x

Though I have no advice of words of wisdom for you, I am currently going through similar and wanted to reach out to tell you that although it feels like it right now, that you are not alone in this. Something cruel has just happened to you and it feels like you will suffocate under it all but know you’re doing your best and we couldn’t be prouder of you.
