My heart is broken I lost my mam to medical complications last October and I can’t seem to get my head around it anyone advise me what to do next my doctor has prescribed me anti depressants

I’m so sorry to hear about your mam. Most community members have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.
