Hi there, I lost my mum 3 years ago this month and the grief feels like I have lost her all over again. Though the last two days I have cried where as last week was crying morning and night.
I done a 5 k run yesterday in her memory, so proud of that. Just looking for advice on how to keep dealing with the grief when it hits u like a wall.
