I’ve recently lost my dear mum .
Though she had health problems , her death was sudden . I am devastated and feel lost and alone . The pain of her death is unbearable .

I’m so sorry for your loss. The loss of a mum - the one you’ve looked to for care and comfort for a lifetime - can be so shattering. I hope you’ll post in this terrific forum, where there’s a lot of understanding.
