I agree HB i dont think we ever feel happy again,i just dont think its possible after losing any loved ones ,its just too big a change in our lives,i think we may move to a more acceptable quality of life as our grief changes as opposed to sheer desperation and unbearable sadness,Take care x
I feel much the same. Lost my amazing dad nearly eight ago. Just hope that in time the pain subsides and the happy memories come mind more than the sad ones.
