My dad passed away yesterday…I know it’s very early days.but I can’t cope with the fact I haven’t seem him since July. He was in a care home and they didn’t allow visitors…the anger and pain I feel is unbearable. Why couldn’t they put a screen up? Why was his test results negative but dr said cause of death covid…my mum died 4 years ago…I hope they are together now.

The Covid restrictions and this dam virus so bad
I couldnt go to dads funeral nobody did so sad due to Covid/restrictions and could fly restrictions
Sorry you didn’t get to visit your dad after the summer
Sorry you lost your mum also
Please be strong just take it a day at a time

I am so sorry. You will undoubtedly feel some unnecessary guilt and will be hugely grieving that you hadn’t seen him since July .
Grief is the most horrendous thing, and though I was with my mum when she passed 6 weeks ago, it was sheer hell to watch her suffer in hospital for 15 days .
Please believe that they will be together.
