My name is Donna I lost my mom unexpectedly the early hours of Christmas Day morning.
My dad found her in bed next to him he is completely broken 
as am I , I lay on the bed with her for 3 hours afterwards yet Iv been told I’m still in denial… I have become the matriarch of the family a position I didn’t ask for… I arranged her funeral everything afterwards and I’m exhausted… I miss her so much and tomorrow is Mother’s Day my dads sadness is killing me literally I don’t know how to cope please help x

Do something nice with your dad tomorrow, take care of yourself as well as him. Must have been awful losing your mum Christmas Day. I lost my mum in January this year and my dad 3 years ago. Sending a hug xx

@Frederd so sorry for your loss and for it to happen then. I lost mine between Christmas and New year suddenly found her at home. Second mother’s day without her not any easier. You and your dad do something that suits you both best don’t put any pressure on yourself it’s not easy. Look after yourself to
