Dear @Midge88

Welcome to the Community. Apologies for the delay in replying. I am sorry to hear of the loss of your son and that you are struggling to move forward. No child should go before their parents. What you are going through is normal and help and support is out there for you.

There is an organisation which you will find of help and support called Sobs Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide which contains useful information. They do have a helpline open from 9am - 9pm Monday - Sunday on 0300 111 5065 for someone to talk to straight away.

In the search bar here on this forum if you type the word Suicide you can connect with members for support who have experienced what you are going through. The support here is amazing. Have you considered talking to your GP to see what support they can offer you and Counselling?

Please do not feel you are alone and continue to reach out any time. We are here to support you and if you need any more information please email online.community@sueryder.org.

Take care of yourself.
