It would have been my anniversary for when I got engaged to the love of my life last year and I lost him almost 6mths ago and I really genuinely don’t know what to do with myself, I feel stuck

I’m afraid I have no words to help you really but I just wanted you to know that I am so sorry for your loss and can understand how you feel. I lost the love of my life 12 weeks ago but we had been married for 54 years, together for 57. I suspect you are much younger than I am and obviously won’t have had such a long relationship but I am sure the grief you feel is just as devastating.
The general advice on here seems to be to take one hour at a time and somehow get through each day. I have found that posting on here does help. I hope it helps you too.
