Made it through Christmas with the help of this wonderful forum. A quiet thank you to you all.
. I lost so many close friends and family in 2024, am still in a state of shock. I cannot honestly say and mean Happy New Year, however, in line with my meditation practise, I wish you all a year filled with loving kindness and support .

Thank you @Wheelieman_Kites - i agree I cant bring myself to say Happy New Year, but a year filled with loving kindness and support sounds good. I’ll add to that peace of mind and hope as my new year wish for everyone 
Wishing comfort and peace for everyone in 2025.
We all have a tough time ahead of us, we know that but I hope reading comments and messages on the forum gives strength and understanding when needed.
