Making Grief an Open Conversation

Hello Everyone, I hope that this week has been kind to you  My name is Molly and when I was 16 I lost my mam suddently to a brain hemmorage. I am now 22 and doing everything that I can to normalise grief in anyway which I can. I have started a podcast where I intend to talk about all the parts of grief especially the parts that no one mentions. My Instagram is mollytaylor_22 where my podcast is linked and I talk all things grief :kissing_heart: My messages are also always open if anyone ever wants to talk or even just rant. Sending my love and strengh, Molly xxxx

Hi Molly

You’re a very brave and mature and I’m sure your mum would be very proud. I was 48 when I lost my mum suddenly to a massive brain haemorrhage and I couldn’t do what you’re doing.

Best of luck with your podcast.

Hi Molly - my grandaughters are fifteen and sixteen and lost their mum in January. I will encourage them to look at your stuff. Well done you for raising awareness. You must miss your mum everyday and in all the heartbreak you found the strength and wisdom to share with others. Best wishes xxx
