This evening I lit this candle for my darling husband Paul.
It is 62 weeks since this lovely man left this world.
I miss him so very much every day.
This week has been difficult and I know he would not have liked dealing with things.
I love you so very muchPaul, I always will.

Sorry so to hear this. It is such early days for you. You will be in shock. Just take it a day at a time. Try and eat something and rest when you can. There is no rush to do anything. This site has been a lifeline for me and I am 12 months into this horrible journey. You can say what you feel and no one judges you. And everyone genuinely understands. Sending you a big hug x

Thank you. I keep waiting to wake up from this nightmare, but end up swearing out loud when reality kicks in. Reality is cruel. Am just really agitated all the time- Pav, my partner, was the calm, logical one. Im not! Our daughter is 4, and shes the only thing keeping me from going mad. She needs the stability, and Pav would be proud…even though ive been swearing a lot.
12 months for you? Wow…i know words seem pointless at times, but i hope youre as ok as you can be, given whats happened. Warm hugs, and thoughts to you xx
