Been a very long 8 months I miss my son so much he died age 31 leaving a 4 year old daughter I’m struggling with grief thought it would get easier but the pain hurts me so much x

Hi, I can feel your pain in your short post and feel that a course of bereavement counselling may help and even if you have had some, then another course may help. It’s so said when sons or daughters go and we are left but also having a 4 old as well, my heart bleeds for you.
They do say the pain we go through shows the love we had but it hurts so much. I am pleased you were brave and posted on here and please we are always here. Sending my love and blessings.
