Missing my dad

I lost my dad in december to a brain tumour. From diagnosis he was with us for seven weeks. He passed away in his and mums bungalow with us all by his side. Although this is what we
All wanted, i keep replaying every minute of that day. Dad was a very fit and happy man. He loved life and loved his family so much as we do him.we all miss him so much especially my mum. He was the love of her life. How do we cope with this massive loss. It feels like we will never feel happy again. The hurt we all feel is something weve never experienced. I just hope in time we can smile when we think of dad

Hello @Willow2018,

Thank you for reaching out. I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad. It sounds like it was such a shock for you and your family, and it’s completely understandable that you’re not sure how to cope.

I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I wanted to share a few Sue Ryder resources with you that might be helpful for you, and for your mum, too.

Please do keep reaching out - you are not alone.

Take care,

Thank you so much for your kind words and support. I will look into all the options .thanks again
