I dont know how to put in words how hard I am finding it to deal with the loss of my nan. It’s been over a year and I am in denial about her being gone and the trauma she went through leading up to her death. I just dont know how to cope and accept her not being here any more

I am very sorry for your loss.
It is very hard, and difficult to put in words how we feel in these times.
I read somewhere that absolutely we can’t accept death, we are in denial. I am in denial too.
Writing and reading here is might will give some comfort to you, there are people, who can understand you.
