Hello @simon2, lve just joined this community.l lost my 38yr old son Ross 3yrs ago.lt just seems like yesterday.l feel as if a big part of me died that day.Every day is an effort to get through these days.l dont want to get out of bed.l feel so depressed and anxious, but l have my husband and the rest of my family.l feel guilty that lm not making time for them anymore. My oldest son,who is 4yrs older than Ross is finding it hard to cope with life since his brother died. They were so close. He doesnt go out of his house and has really bad anxiety.l havent had any grief councelling. My GP kept putting me off.l didn’t have the energy or heart to look anywhere for councelling, untill l came across this organisation. I really hope they can help you try and have a life after losing your son.l can only hope they can help me find myself.good luck and god blessxx
