My sister died unexpectently in January, and I often don’t know how I can go on without her. We were so close, even though she lived 6 hours away. She was separated from her husband, and neither of us have children, so we were each other’s main support. My family reaches out to her husband, as do I because I know her loved her deeply even though her broke her heart. But I feel that know one understands the magnitude of my loss. We shared troubled childhoods and traumas that no one else, not even my dear bother, understands. My world has been turned upside down.

Hello @Charlie10 ,
I’m so sorry to read about your sister. It sounds like you are feeling heartbroken and your world feels like it has changed.
I just wanted to reach out to thank you for sharing so honestly and to let you know there is lots of other support out there. I would really encourage you to speak to someone about how you are feeling. The following website might help you find support services closer to home: https://help.befrienders.org/
You deserve care and support, @Charlie10 - keep on reaching out.
Take care,
Alex

Losing a sibling that you were very close to is very hard and your relationship was unique. Thinking of you and how alone you are feeling.
