Hi you do not need to ever say sorry for how you feel.
18 weeks for me , feeling alone and not connected to any thing . This is not fair for any of us and none of us have been prepared for this.
This is a safe place for you to post how you feel and feel the support from everyone here.
Thank you everyone from me for showing me I am not alone.
