Thank you for posting, a very emotional and meaningful poem, but it did make me cry. The words were so apt.
Yes everyone said they thought it was so on Facebook so lucky it allowed me to copy it. Bless you and yours. It does spur me on. The word castle struck a chord. Like a home is a castle. Our home isnt a castle much like in not fancy but it is my fortress. The little bit outside is our garden and my sanctuary. The contents of a life time is my comfort. It shelters my family when I need it to.
I am trying desperately to keep it together. Trying to do what I can. It represents our life together. All we worked for. Just a place we lived half our lives together
Thank you. I agree, my home is my fortress and comfort zone. It is a place we loved and shared together. I feel my husband with me here.
