Dear @Fox

I am sorry to hear of the loss of your mum. Sue Ryder have a Grief Guide that contains useful information to help you understand and cope with your bereavement and grief along with tools to discover new ways to cope.

I would book an appointment with your doctor to see how they can support you and to let them know how you are feeling. You are not alone; support is out there and here on the Community for you.

Cruse Bereavement have a free helpline on 0808 808 167 and are available today between the hours of 10am - 2pm if you would like to talk to someone. You can also connect with members who have been in a similar situation as yourself on here by typing Losing a Parent in the search bar. The support is incredible, and it helps to chat with others who have experienced what you are going through.

Not wanting to bombard you with information overload, there is an article on Losing a Parent which may be of help to you to read when you are ready.

You are not alone, please continue to reach out, we are all here for you.

Take care.
