I can’t believe it will be a year in March that my lovely mum passed away It seems like yesterday. I am not looking forward to March I would like to hide away.

A year is no time at all which is why it still feels so recent. You have come such a long way since you lost your Mum even though you don’t think you have. Take each day as it comes, you will be getting stronger a tiny bit at a time. I understand how you feel about hiding away as my Mum died two months ago and I want to do just that! When the anniversary of your Mum’s death is here you’ll get through it just as you’ve bravely got through every day since you lost her. Be brave, all will be well. Sending hugs. xxxx
