My beautiful son

My beautiful 19 year old Son passed away on the 15th March. He had a sudden Cardiac arrest in December and was in hospital awaiting an operation when he had another one and was left alone for too long before help arrived, even in hospital. As a family we are struggling to cope especially as if he had been cared for properly, he would have been alive today. How do we get through this?

My 40 yr old son passed away in November. It was totally out of the blue. We recently had the pm results which showed he died of ischaemic heart disease. This had never been diagnosed.
It’s 20 weeks today since I had ‘that’ awful call.
I am in the process of complaining to the NHS as I want answers.
I go day by day, some days are ok, others are not. I find it helps to rant on here and sometimes I write down my thoughts and feelings a notebook.
There is no right or wrong way and everyone deals differently with grief. I have some great friends who check in on me regularly. I’ve found I don’t always want to see people either. We buried Ben’s ashes 2 weeks ago and I like to go and visit whenever I want to, I can talk to him or I can just sit there in the quiet.
Do whatever you all need to x
