I miss him so much
Hello @Ellie6,

I’m so sorry to hear about your brother. Most community members have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.
I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I wanted to share a few Sue Ryder resources with you that might be helpful.

Hello Ellie6,
I am so sorry for your loss. I have noticed that no one has answered yet.
We had a food delivery that day and my bother picked up the biggest box and carried it into the kitchen. I have no idea why he did it. The diver usually dropped the big box at the entrance and my brother would put the cat food into the garage. I would take the items out the box and carry then into the kitchen. I do not know why my brother changed the routine that day, he just picked up the big box and carried it into the kitchen. He only said that box was heavier than he thought. He also said that his left arm stated to hurt. I wanted to call an ambulance but he stopped me. (I am not going into details.) I found out later that he had no chance, an artery of his heart did burst.
(The ambulance would not have helped.) - It is now 2.5 years but it does not stop hurting.
I hope I did not upset you. Take care. - Nick
Hello @Ellie6 .
How are you doing. What a terrible shock. I lost my brother very suddenly just over 2 months ago but he was at home alone and found the next day. We are still waiting for toxicology report as the autopsy couldn’t identify any cause.
I, too, wonder whether he was aware of anything. I hope not. It’s almost a surreal experience and I’m not sure I’ve quite grasped yet that he’s gone.
