Hello @Lee10 ,
I’m part of the Online Community team and I can see that you are new to the community - I’d like to thank you for bravely starting this thread and sharing how you are really missing your partner so very much. I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. Most community members have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.
I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I wanted to share a few Sue Ryder resources with you that might be helpful.

-
Our Grief Coach text service, which sends you personalised text support via SMS

Take care,
Alex
So sorry for your loss, I’m 16 weeks into this absolute nightmare. I feel your pain it’s so hard losing someone you love so much. I’m literally broken and lost without him but it helps a bit by talking to people on here.
I have also lost my partner very recently, she was my everything, and finding it so very difficult
I lost my husband suddenly on 3rd October so similar timescales.
Its not easy.
Finding it difficult at this stage to employ positive coping mechanisms. But i have to keep moving forward through the pain and discomfort and uncertainty, to slowly find the solutions as i am able.
Its not easy, and when i find a better day, i seem to get set back the next.
