Hello @Spoonz77,
I can see that you’re new to the community. I hope you find it to be a support to you, but I am so sorry for the loss of your friend that brings you here.
I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support. In the meantime, I wanted to share some organisations that you might want to look at.
- Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide offer support to people over 18 who have been affected by suicide. They have a supportline on 0300 111 5065 and run support groups nationally.
- Support after Suicide has a list of local and national support.
You might also want to explore our Online Bereavement Support, where you find our Grief Guide self-help platform and online bereavement information.
Thank you again for sharing – please keep reaching out and know that you are not alone.
Take care,
Seaneen
Hi spoonz, I am sorry about your friend. It is such a shame when someone takes their own life. Obviously she was going through something very difficult for her to handle. I can’t begin to imagine how you are feeling. Have you thought about getting some help to process this. Maybe speaking to your GP about it. I hope you have people around you to support you.
Wishing you some peace
Tom

I’m so sorry for your loss. Make sure you have a support network if you can. Try talking to your GP also. Make sure to look after yourself, eating and sleeping if you can. Drink water too. Sending hugs to you ![]()
